PAYMENTS AND PURCHASING

  1. HB Moto, as an online only store, can only accept payments made by PayPal.

  2. After purchase a tax invoice will get emailed to you and a paper invoice will be include with your order.

  3. Items purchased will generally be shipped within 3 business days.

  4. Postage and tracking information will be emailed to the buyer once the product is shipped.

WARRANTY

  1. All MB Moto products come with a standard 12 month return-to-base Warranty.

  2. To have a product replaced or repaired under warranty the product must be return-to-base. The customer is responsible for shipment and cost of shipment of the item back to our warehouse.

  3. The Warranty becomes valid or effective from the date of receipt of the product.

  4. Where accurate tracking information is unavailable, it is assumed delivery occurs five business days after dispatch.

  5. The HB Moto 12 month warranty covers product defects in material and workmanship.

  6. The Warranty will not cover fault or damage caused by a customer's installation, use or misuse of the product.

Returns Policy
RETURNS

We accept returns if you change your mind on an item as long as we are contacted within 14 days of purchase.  Goods must be unused, in as new unmarked condition, in all original packaging.  If the item's packaging has been opened and/or the item has been installed, unfortunately this is the definition of having been used and cannot be returned under this policy.

The item must be shipped at buyers expense and the refund amount will be less the original shipping fees paid.  Please contact us hbmotocustom@gmail.com prior to returning your goods.

General Information

Do you provide International delivery?

 

Yes we do.  Items will be shipped via courier internationally.  The cost of shipping will depend on the country and location and is normally calculated at checkout.  If you have any questions about shipping please contact us.

 

How do I return an item?

 

If you change your mind you can return an item.  See our return process above.  If an item is damaged on arrival we will pay for return shipping and then send a replacement.

 

 

​Who Do You Use For Shipping?

We will normally use Australia Post for shipping.

 

 

How do I track my order?

 

Once the item is paid for and despatched we will send you a receipt of purchase which will include the tracking number for your package.
